The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Bartender to be what we call Party Starters at  Reflex.  Be At One is built by bartenders and our goal is not only to train you to become the best bartender you can be, but to guide you into being a leader. You just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out something for our guests to remember.

A little bit about us… 

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group. From iconic nightclubs such as Ark or Rosies to our fantastic LGBTQ+ bars across the UK or Latin London venues to retro-tastic clubs, there is quite literally something for everyone! Our Venues team lives and breathes the electric atmosphere with our famous tours, events and get-up-and-dance music policy. We’re looking for the people who’d be the first on the dancefloor, so if that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. The iconic Reflex Birmingham is open five nights a week and situated at party central on Broad Street. We roll out the classics every session from across the decades, so whether it’s on the dancefloor or in our Karaoke room, this is the place to be when our guests are on the hunt for that memorable night out. Delivering special experiences is what we are about at Reflex Birmingham, and our team lives and breathes fun.
